Lead Generator

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Reporting to the Senior Lead Generator, you will be responsible for Supporting the organisation and practice teams to ensure we are delivering excellent patient care to our patients. That we are responsive and driven to provide the best services to our stakeholders.

 

This role is a full time, permanent role working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 14:00pm - 20:00pm

Pro rata salary £20,249

You will be working from home with occasional days in the Watford support office or visiting the practices. 

This position also comes with a bonus incentive which will be discussed at interview. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Duties included but not limited to the following:

• Monitor, analyse and report on leads and bookings to Head of Marketing

• Build, manage and ensure all TCOs and yourself have relevant templates

• Responsible for building and managing all new lead communication – call handling and templates

• Handle and book in new private leads for practices without TCOs – Phone calls and website enquiry forms • Handle and book in new private leads for practices with part time TCOs - Phone calls and website enquiry forms

• Maintain lead database within Zoho

• Support and training on CRM throughout the business

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and target segments.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

• Successfully support organisational delivery against OKR’s and KPI’s

• Maintain a consistent level of outbound telephone activity to prospective new customers

• Use existing data to identify potential new business leads • Creation of ZOHO nurture campaigns to existing data

• Provide first-class service and build rapport with patients and stakeholders • Update the CRM system with accurate data

• Manage and maintain lead pipelines and maintain accurate records of lead generation activity in the CRM system

• Support Practice Support Officers in daily tasks – provide training when required

• Work with Head of Marketing in building live chat function • Adhere to GDPR compliance at all times when handling patient data
