The Opportunity
Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation and practice teams to ensure we are delivering excellent patient care to our patients. That we are responsive and driven to provide the best services to our stakeholders.
This is a full time opportunity, based in the Watford support office 4 days per week with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.
Your duties will be:
Administrative support, and coordination, between all elements of day-to-day IMOS business management
Responsible for booking in IMOS patients
Support with IMOS downloads
Responsible for building and managing all new lead communication – call handling and templates
Handle and book in new private leads for practices– Phone calls and website enquiry forms
Providing Clinician Support Administrators with converted leads relevant to their assigned clinician to complete the patient journey
Maintain lead database within Zoho
Support and training on CRM throughout the business
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Successfully support organisational delivery against OKR’s and KPI’s
Maintain a consistent level of outbound telephone activity to prospective new customers
Use existing data to identify potential new business leads
Provide first-class service and build rapport with patients and stakeholders
Update the CRM system with accurate data
Support Practice Support Officers in daily tasks – provide training when required
Adhere to GDPR compliance at all times when handling patient data
Successfully support the team and practices to deliver exceptional patient care within a timely and professional manner
